The place has a great atmosphere and the service was average, not very attentive.
I thought a lot about the score as I don’t mean to be unfair but this is my experience.
1. Pizza good but nothing that will make me comeback
2. We ordered the signature calzone Via Tribunali, after a couple bites of tasting funny and doing a check we realize it was actually the dough. It was not cooked, with the low lighting and cheese it was hard to spot. We told the waiter and got 25% of the item but have to admit I threw up because of the stomach ache that it caused me. I never experienced this with pizza/calzone.
Overall it felt like a waste
We ordered for delivery and I was really impressed how fast it came! We had to put everything in the oven to hit & a little more crispy on the bottom. No biggie.
I was disappointed the margarita pizza had literally one sad piece of basil on the entire pizza. Same with the other pizza we ordered!
Calzone was tasty but a little bland, the arugula and tomatoes on top would benefit from a teeny bit of oil/vinegar and S&P
Great service! Super friendly. Great date night ambiance with candlelit dinner. The pizza was good but I would definitely always ask for the pizza to be well done to get the crispy dough. I was not a fan of the veal lasagna but they gladly exchanged it for another pizza. Thank youuu!
Famous for its traditional Neapolitan pizza, this establishment is truly remarkable. The pizza's quality is outstanding, the service is impeccable, and the ambiance is delightful. They had many vegetarian choices. While the pizza is undeniably impressive, it doesn't quite align with my personal preferences. Regrettably, I don't anticipate returning in the future.
Lovely little eatery, small seating area. Stopped by for a lunch, shared a Ceasar salad and the verde and americano. Very tasty, pizza dough is thinner than normal.
Authentic Napoletana pizza. Sauce and buffalo cheese were fresh. Amazing ambience. Good to go with friends. They have a full bar too. I will be back to try out their pesto pizza. Check out the pizza pics which speak for themselves.
We adore via tribunal, usually it's some of the best pizza in town. This time our pizza arrived undercooked, very doughy and almost raw towards the center. It might have been because we ordered right as they opened, and ovens weren't up to temp yet? Also, the rapini was extremely salty and oily. Ingredients were all top-notch, just didn't meet the level of execution we are used to.
Words cannot express the pleasure derived from the perfection that is Via Tribunali. The first time we stumbled upon Via we were back the next day in Seattle for dinner there again. This means a lot because we live over an hour away and venture into Seattle on average once a month.
Update 2023. Made a single stop during a brief visit driving through from out of state and Via did NOT disappoint. Sustained 5 stars.
